SHIPPING POLICY
At Lagarto Art, we collaborate with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand service, to produce and ship our high-quality art pieces directly to you. Printful handles the production and shipping of your orders, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
Order Processing & Fulfillment:
- All items are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before shipping.
- Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
- While we aim to process orders promptly, delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Options: Shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Options include:
- Domestic (US): Standard and expedited shipping options.
- International: Standard and express international shipping options.
Printful Production Facilities: Orders are fulfilled at Printful’s global network of facilities. Depending on your location, your order will be shipped from the nearest facility to reduce shipping times and costs.
RETURNS POLICY
Since all items are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order is damaged or defective, we will work with Printful to resolve the issue promptly.
To File a Claim for Damaged or Defective Items: Please email us at support@lagartoart.com within 2 business days of receiving your order and include:
- Your Order Number (include in the subject line).
- Name and Address.
- Photos of the damaged or defective item(s).
- Description of the issue.
We will review your claim and work with Printful to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Important Notes:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Items cannot be returned for size, colour, or design preferences, as all orders are printed on demand.
Order Cancellations: Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
