REFUND POLICY

Introduction At Lagarto Art (operated by Trail Wonder Limited), we aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. As our products are made-to-order through Printful, a print-on-demand service, we have specific policies regarding refunds, replacements, and returns. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Custom and Made-to-Order Items All items sold on Lagarto Art are custom-made upon order. As such, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect design preferences, or personal preferences.

2. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To Request a Replacement or Refund:

  • Email us at support@lagartoart.com within 2 business days of receiving your order.
  • Include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged or defective item(s)
    • A description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

3. Order Cancellations Due to the custom nature of our products, order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, production begins, and cancellations cannot be accommodated.

4. Refunds Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • An incorrect item was shipped.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Items that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Items returned without prior authorisation.

5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Final Sale Items All sale items, discounted products, and personalised designs are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
